You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Neobank Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. This position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards inherent to moving real money.
The role demands close collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure products are secure, auditable, and trusted. You will drive technical decisions and manage external dependencies like financial rails and regulatory approvals.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and compliance
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
