You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Neobank Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The role demands balancing AI innovation with the reliability and regulatory strictness required for moving real money.
Working with global teams, you will drive technical design, manage third-party dependencies, and ensure products are auditable and trusted. You must align engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that meet high standards for correctness and security.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product logic
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under regulatory and technical constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
