You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs with engineering teams. The focus is on building reliable, auditable, and trusted financial products where AI improves outcomes without compromising safety. You will manage trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
