KIRA is expanding its financial ecosystem beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing through an AI-native Neobank Superapp. This role requires balancing technical rigor with product strategy to build reliable, regulated financial tools that leverage AI where it genuinely adds value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading domains
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
