You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, and security. The role requires balancing regulatory compliance, reliability, and user experience while integrating AI where it genuinely improves outcomes.
KIRA builds tools for spending, saving, and investing, aiming to make financial management accessible and reliable. You will work with distributed global teams to deliver trusted financial applications.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering on APIs, data, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
