KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive financial superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a specific product vertical, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver trusted financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Strong judgment for making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
