KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to build trusted financial tools for millions in Asia.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering teams across APIs, data flows and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability and user experience
- Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards and human oversight where appropriate
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance and Operations around product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Experience working closely with engineers and reviewing technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance or regulated domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
