KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to build trusted financial tools for users across Asia.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Strong judgment for trade-offs under regulatory and technical constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
