KIRA is expanding its financial services platform to include spending, saving, and investing through an AI-native Neobank Superapp. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a specific product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory requirements of moving real money.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to define strategy, shape technical design, and ensure successful product launches. The role demands deep technical understanding of distributed systems and experience in regulated fintech domains.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
