You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical design with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, and security. The role requires balancing AI integration with deterministic systems to ensure reliability, auditability, and regulatory compliance in high-consequence financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, and ledgering
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy
- Apply AI where it improves outcomes with clear evaluation and human oversight
- Ship products managing external dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working closely with engineers to review and challenge technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
