You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The role demands balancing AI innovation with the reliability and regulatory strictness required for moving real money.
Working with global teams, you will drive technical design, manage third-party dependencies, and ensure products are auditable and trusted. You must align engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that improve financial outcomes safely.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
