You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp, managing everything from strategy and roadmap to technical design and launch. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability, regulatory compliance, and security standards necessary for handling real money in financial services.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security with engineering
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Strong judgment for making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
