You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, and security. The focus is on building reliable, auditable, and trusted financial applications where AI improves outcomes without compromising deterministic control.
This role requires balancing correctness, speed, and regulatory compliance while aligning cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance. You will drive trade-offs and ensure products meet high standards for reliability and user trust.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
