You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp, managing everything from strategy to launch. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for handling real money in payments, trading, and wealth management.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security with engineering
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and reviews
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
