You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs with engineering teams. The focus is on building reliable, auditable, and trusted financial products where AI improves outcomes without compromising regulatory compliance or system integrity.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
