You will own a product vertical from strategy to launch for BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp. This role requires shaping technical designs for APIs and data flows while ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to financial regulations.
The position focuses on integrating AI where it adds genuine value, maintaining deterministic controls for money movement, and aligning engineering, compliance, and operations teams across a distributed international environment.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and scalability
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into product
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
