You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp, managing strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The position requires shaping technical designs with engineering teams while ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and effective use of AI.
This role focuses on building trusted financial products where correctness and auditability are paramount. You will balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and regulatory requirements while aligning cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
