You will define strategy and drive delivery for a financial product handling real money, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance. The position requires balancing technical design with business outcomes while integrating AI where it adds genuine value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, evaluation and human oversight
- Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
