You will define strategy and oversee delivery for a financial product handling real money, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance. The position requires balancing technical design with business outcomes while integrating AI where it adds genuine value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking or trading
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- History of building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
