You will own a product vertical from strategy to execution, managing backlogs and defining acceptance criteria. Working closely with engineering, you will shape system boundaries, ensure money-movement correctness, and integrate AI features responsibly within a regulated financial environment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product verticals including outcomes, metrics, and prioritized backlogs
- Collaborate with engineering on system design, scalability, and failure recovery paths
- Make trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Treat regulatory constraints like KYC and data residency as primary product inputs
- Define AI decision boundaries, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop protocols
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and concurrency
- Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents effectively
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
