You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user experience. The position requires deep collaboration with engineering and compliance teams to build reliable, auditable, and trusted financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, trading, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation methods
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering background or highly technical product management experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products from scratch
- Background in defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
