You will own a product vertical end-to-end, managing outcomes, metrics, and backlogs prioritized by value and risk. Working closely with engineering, you will shape technical designs focusing on system boundaries, money-movement correctness, and scalability while navigating regulated constraints.
The position requires making trade-offs between speed, cost, and reliability, and applying AI responsibly where it adds value. You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to ship features that meet external regulatory and partner gates.
What you'll do
- Own vertical outcomes, metrics, and backlog prioritization
- Shape technical design including system boundaries and latency
- Ensure money-movement correctness and idempotency
- Treat regulated constraints like KYC as primary inputs
- Define AI decision boundaries and human-in-the-loop protocols
- Ship features behind flags pending regulatory clearance
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs and datastores
- Experience in regulated domains like payments or banking
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evals
- Ability to balance ambition with technical reality
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly-technical PM background
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
