You will manage a specific product vertical for KIRA's financial superapp, handling strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI integration with strict regulatory compliance and system reliability in a fintech context.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system architecture
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with clear safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
