You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user trust. The position requires deep collaboration with engineering and compliance teams to deliver reliable, auditable financial tools across payments, trading, and insurance.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
