You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing innovation with strict regulatory compliance and reliability in payments, trading, and insurance.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define roadmaps and ensure products are auditable and trusted. The team operates globally, focusing on building tools that enhance financial self-reliance through responsible AI integration.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design and reviews
- Background in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
