Join Snowflake as a Senior Technical Program Manager to help build a flexible, high-performance platform for data services. You will define and deliver programs with broad technical impact, working closely with software engineers and product managers to accelerate innovation.
What you'll do
- Define and deliver programs with broad organizational and technical impact
- Lead cross-functional efforts between Engineering and Product Management
- Apply data-driven strategic judgment to technical decisions
- Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver next-gen services
- Mentor TPM and Engineering communities on best practices
- Improve engineering productivity through tools and lightweight processes
What you'll need
- 5+ years leading complex engineering projects in cloud technologies
- Ability to succeed in dynamic environments with ambiguity
- Experience working cross-functionally across the product life cycle
- Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen
- Effective verbal and written communication for diverse audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
