You will define and lead the provider program management function, ensuring reliable compute capacity flows through the Andromeda platform. Acting as the primary point of contact for external providers, you will manage onboarding, hardware quality, and major incidents without direct authority over partner teams.

This role requires balancing technical depth with strong coordination skills to align internal SREs, engineering teams, and external vendors. You will build playbooks and standards to scale the network, turning fragmented global GPU supply into a reliable resource for AI model builders.

What you'll do

  • Manage provider onboarding, site expansions, and hardware remediation programs
  • Act as incident commander for major provider-side failures and coordinate response
  • Maintain detailed plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk tracking
  • Enforce contractual commitments through structured check-ins and escalations
  • Coordinate internally with SRE, Engineering, Product, and Sales to remove blockers
  • Develop playbooks and standards to streamline future provider integrations

What you'll need

  • Years of experience running technical programs in infrastructure environments
  • Proven track record managing external vendors or partners without formal authority
  • Experience commanding production incidents across multiple organizations
  • Technical depth to discuss GPUs, networking, and storage with engineers
  • Strong planning, risk tracking, and communication fundamentals
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining new processes from scratch

Nice to have

  • Experience with neocloud, colocation, or data-center providers
  • Background in vendor management including SLAs and escalation frameworks
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, InfiniBand, RoCE, Slurm, or Kubernetes
  • Experience supporting AI research labs or large-scale GPU customers
