This role involves taking full ownership of software delivery from initial requirements through to production. You will design and improve development workflows, focusing on automation and removing bottlenecks rather than just tracking progress.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure release readiness and operational safety. The position demands a technical mindset to build practical automation solutions and maintain high-quality standards.
What you'll do
- Own delivery outcomes for specific areas like games or platform work
- Design and iterate on workflows to fix broken processes
- Identify manual steps and build automation to remove bottlenecks
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate release checks
- Ensure release readiness including testing and documentation
- Communicate delivery forecasts and changes to stakeholders early
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and client teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years in engineering delivery or software delivery leadership
- Hands-on experience as Software, DevOps, or Release Engineer
- Strong understanding of SDLC, builds, testing, and deployment
- Ability to identify risks and catch blockers before delays occur
- Experience working across engineering, product, and QA teams
- Strong communication skills for clear updates without slides
- Focus on quality, testing coverage, and operational risk
- Proactive approach to replacing manual work with automation
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or regulated products
- Experience in B2B or multi-operator delivery models
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- Experience with external studios or third-party partners
- Knowledge of OKR-based planning and delivery cadence
- Jira configuration experience beyond basic usage
