You will own the integrated delivery program for new data center builds, acting as the single source of truth for milestones and risks. The role involves leading internal teams and external partners through construction, commissioning, and turnover for MW-scale, high-density capacity.
Ambiguity is high and timelines are compressed as you help build playbooks for concurrent deployments. You will ensure clean handover to Network Deployment and Operations while managing critical paths and schedule compression.
What you'll do
- Own integrated schedule from site handoff to Operations
- Manage critical path and drive schedule compression
- Lead cross-functional execution with Real Estate and Engineering
- Maintain risk registers, dependency logs, and decision trackers
- Escalaate status variances with clear mitigation options
- Hold partners accountable to contractual milestones
- Define handover criteria for clean turnover to Operations
- Build repeatable playbooks and dashboards for scaling
What you'll need
- 7+ years in data center or infrastructure program management
- Experience delivering ground-up mission-critical facilities
- Knowledge of full lifecycle from permitting to turnover
- Proficiency in running integrated schedules and change control
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to align vendors and engineering teams
Nice to have
- Hyperscale or AI/GPU cloud region delivery experience
- Familiarity with liquid cooling and MV/HV power systems
- Experience with utility interconnection and substations
- PMP or construction management certification
