The Knowledge Systems team builds the infrastructure that powers accurate knowledge across customer self-service, internal tools, and AI-assisted support. As a Technical Program Manager, you will translate knowledge strategy into technical execution, acting as a bridge between customer experience, knowledge operations, and technical delivery to scale support efficiently.
What you'll do
- Own technical programs improving systems, tooling, and workflows for customer self-service and AI discovery
- Drive cross-functional alignment to translate knowledge taxonomies into technical specifications and APIs
- Lead planning and delivery of workflow automation, CMS improvements, and metadata enhancements
