You will serve as the initial technical escalation point for Ditto’s SDK and Cloud offerings, working directly with developers to solve complex connectivity problems. The team focuses on ensuring data consistency and device synchronization in challenging network environments across various industries.
What you'll do
- Reproduce and debug technical issues alongside Engineering and Product teams
- Act as the primary escalation point for SDK and Cloud product inquiries
- Guide developers through resolving complex technical challenges
- Manage live escalations and coordinate during production incidents
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical support needs
- Contribute to root cause analyses and communicate incident status
- Build automation tools to streamline support workflows
- Leverage AI to create self-service options for routine tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback to drive product improvements
What you'll need
- 2-4+ years in technical support engineering or software engineering
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- Deep knowledge in OS, Cloud, Kubernetes, Networking, or Databases
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reading code and reviewing GitHub commits
- Strong customer-facing skills including empathy and active listening
Nice to have
- Experience working in a hyper-growth company environment
- Background in building support functions from scratch
- Track record of managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients
