Join Plaid's Customer Support Team to help developers and companies resolve technical issues with financial data connections. You will investigate root causes of integration problems, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure products operate as expected for millions of users.
What you'll do
- Manage customer issues via Zendesk tickets from symptom to resolution
- Troubleshoot technical problems using internal tools and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering or Partnership teams when needed
- Respond to over ten customer tickets daily while meeting quality standards
- Collaborate with EPD teams on issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Assist Go-to-Market teams with customer escalations and project execution
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for tooling and process improvements
What you'll need
- Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing support role
- Six months of experience with REST APIs, SQL, CSS, and HTML
- Proficiency in at least one coding language such as Javascript or Python
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Linear
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Databricks is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Self-starter mentality with effective time management abilities
