Join a centralized technology support team serving a major global marketing and digital transformation organization. You will provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, and maintain reliable operations across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
This position supports internal teams and users in a distributed environment, focusing on resolving incidents and improving system reliability through clear communication and documentation.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and service requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based environments and services
- Support AWS and/or Azure environments in daily operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex technical issues
- Escalate incidents when necessary and track them to resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and procedures
- Identify recurring issues to improve support processes
- Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
What you'll need
- Must be based in Latin America
- Senior experience in technical support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments
- Experience with ticketing and incident-management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with distributed global teams
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience with additional cloud or infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of networking, scripting, monitoring, or automation
