Join Solvd Inc., an AI-native consulting firm, to ensure quality for a social news aggregation app. You will own the automation strategy, stabilize test infrastructure, and collaborate with product and development teams to deliver high-quality releases.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain automated test cases for production readiness
- Develop and troubleshoot automated suites via continuous integration
- Maintain stability of test infrastructure in non-production environments
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of issues
- Produce test plans, cases, procedures, and reports with developers
- Influence engineering organization on testing strategies
What you'll need
- 4+ years building automation frameworks for mobile or web apps
- Proficiency in testing methodology and QA best practices
- Ability to define test plans based on requirements independently
- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving
- Comfortable working in iOS and Android testing environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools like JIRA
Nice to have
- 3+ years testing across iOS, Android, Web, and Mobile Web
- Experience with API testing
- Background in fast-paced environments with weekly releases
