You will report to the Treasurer and develop the suite of analytic tools that enhance treasury infrastructure. Your work focuses on increasing the visibility and value of cash and capital through robust forecasting and risk modeling.
The position requires incorporating AI into builds while working closely with finance leadership, accounting, and FP&A teams. You will ensure optimal cash utilization and support the company's growth through effective capital adequacy management.
What you'll do
- Improve short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts using business inputs and historical data
- Integrate cash forecasts into corporate-level models to inform budget and capital planning
- Define and build core treasury data sets including cash positions and balance sheet data
- Establish treasury data strategy regarding sourcing, ownership, and quality standards
- Build foundational ALM models to inform cash and investment strategies
- Enhance interest rate and FX risk models to assess exposure across the balance sheet
- Design stress testing frameworks to evaluate resilience under adverse conditions
- Automate reconciliation processes and strengthen treasury controls and documentation
- Ensure compliance with investment policies and capital requirements
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury or liquidity management
- Prior experience at a large bank or major fintech company
- Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiencies
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash management structures
- Knowledge of ALM and other core treasury models and banking products
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or CA certification
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience building or scaling treasury and finance data infrastructure
