We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly within financial services or banking technology. You will design user journeys and interaction models for complex transfer agency and fixed income platforms, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to simplify workflows.
What you'll do
- Design user journeys, information architecture, and prototypes for financial apps
- Create dashboards and interaction models for data-rich applications
- Partner with stakeholders to simplify complex business workflows
- Conduct user research, discovery workshops, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Ensure interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
What you'll need
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, and interactive prototyping
- Experience designing for banking, capital markets, or government systems
- Solid understanding of responsive design and user-centered principles
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and stakeholder workshops
- Ability to design complex, workflow-driven platforms and dashboards
