This role requires designing user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for enterprise financial applications. You will partner with product owners, analysts, and engineering teams to simplify complex transfer agency and fixed income workflows.
What you'll do
- Design wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models for financial apps
- Partner with stakeholders to simplify complex banking and fixed income workflows
- Conduct user research, discovery workshops, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, and component libraries
- Apply accessibility best practices including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 compliance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS or financial services
- Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, and interactive prototyping
- Hands-on experience with usability testing and stakeholder workshops
- Solid understanding of responsive design and user-centered principles
- Experience designing data-rich applications and workflow-driven platforms
