Join a small engineering team developing core banking systems and financial infrastructure for modern financial services. As a founding engineer for US operations, you will shape technical decisions and build reliable software for large-scale money movement.
What you'll do
- Ship production code while learning the codebase and banking domain
- Lead engineering projects from design through production as an IC
- Translate complex financial requirements into scalable software
- Make decisions on system design, data modeling, and architecture
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clients on core systems
- Build maintainable systems to automate operational challenges
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of backend software engineering experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an early-stage or small startup
- Strong coding skills with a track record of shipping reliable software
- High ownership and comfort working without a established playbook
- Interest in building core banking systems and financial infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience with banking systems or financial infrastructure
