As a Value Engineer at Mimica, you will act as a strategic advisor helping enterprise clients achieve business outcomes through AI-driven process automation. You will analyze customer workflows, interpret data insights, and drive product adoption while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to refine the platform.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on using Mimica to achieve specific business goals and outcomes
- Resolve product issues and provide support when users face roadblocks
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upselling and expansion opportunities
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and innovation
- Create tailored success plans to address challenges and ensure value delivery
- Interpret platform outputs to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive user adoption and onboarding
What you'll need
- Background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel pivot tables and formulas
- Ability to build trust with both business and technical stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex insights clearly
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes
Nice to have
- Experience in process intelligence, task mining, or GenAI implementation
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or Salesforce
- Track record of delivering value quickly in high-growth startup settings
