Join Air Apps as a Creative Producer to drive video strategy and execution for a product with over 100 million downloads. You will manage the entire production lifecycle, from concept and scripting to post-production, ensuring content aligns with brand goals across digital platforms.
This position requires close collaboration with marketing and product teams in our Lisbon office. We are building a talent pool for this upcoming launch and offer relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards with cross-functional teams
- Manage all production aspects including crew hiring, talent sourcing, and logistics
- Oversee post-production processes such as editing, color grading, and sound design
- Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in-app distribution
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
- At least three years of experience in conceptualization, filming, and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and production equipment
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
