Join Air Apps as a Creative Producer to drive video production that strengthens brand storytelling and engages users across digital platforms. You will manage the entire lifecycle from concept and scripting to post-production oversight, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines.
This position requires close collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams in our Lisbon office. You will balance creative vision with project management expertise to deliver polished video assets while adhering to timelines and budgets.
What you'll do
- Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards with cross-functional teams
- Oversee production including crew hiring, talent sourcing, and location management
- Guide post-production processes such as editing, color grading, and sound design
- Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in-app platforms
- Ensure quality control, brand consistency, and adherence to budget constraints
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production and editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and production equipment
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
