You will drive the production of video assets that enhance brand storytelling and user engagement across digital platforms. This position combines creative direction with project management to deliver high-quality content within budget and timeline constraints.
The team is based in Lisbon, where you will work in person with cross-functional colleagues to shape products used by millions worldwide.
What you'll do
- Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage all production phases including crew hiring, talent sourcing, and logistics
- Oversee post-production tasks such as editing, color grading, and sound design
- Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in-app distribution
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget limits
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
- At least three years of experience in conceptualization, filming, and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and production equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
