Join ASG's pool of flex talent to support media and entertainment clients with visual design needs. You will maintain brand consistency, create marketing campaigns, and produce digital assets when client projects require assistance.
What you'll do
- Maintain and unify brand visuals across multiple platforms and surfaces
- Design multimedia marketing campaigns from concept to final presentation
- Create assets for social media, web, events, and short-form video
- Apply existing design systems and component libraries for consistency
- Prepare files for handoff to engineering or external vendors
- Adapt and localize visual assets for different audiences and use cases
- Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback as needed
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
- At least five years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of typography, visual design, and design systems
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams
- Proven ability to implement visual design systems across platforms
- Capability to work independently on complex problems with stakeholders

- Flex position with variable hours based on business needs
- Contacted only when client projects require visual design support
- Occasional early, late, or event-based support may be required
