Eliza is an official OpenAI partner helping enterprises deploy generative AI and custom LLM integrations. As a VP of Healthcare AI, you will establish the company's healthcare vertical from the ground up, focusing on claims accuracy and decision velocity. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Product Managers to deliver practical AI solutions that transform hospital workflows.
What you'll do
- Build Eliza's healthcare practice from scratch alongside cross-functional teams
- Partner with CFOs and clinical leaders to scope and sell AI engagements
- Determine automation feasibility and assess clinical or financial risks
- Manage the full engagement lifecycle from statement of work to delivery
- Balance priorities across the new practice and broader business goals
What you'll need
- 8+ years in complex healthcare implementations with leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management, claims, and denials
- Hands-on production experience with Epic EHR systems
- Proven ability to sell and shape solutions with senior healthcare buyers
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and data security
- Working knowledge of HL7/FHIR and healthcare data interoperability
