As the most senior product executive at Second Nature, you will manage a team of Group Product Managers who act as general managers for their respective product lines. Your primary focus is converting booking growth into enterprise value by expanding the Resident Benefits Package category through strategic investment and disciplined prioritization.
You will work closely with the CEO, Engineering, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to align product roadmaps with business outcomes. The role requires balancing customer experience with commercial metrics like attach rates, unit economics, and new logo acquisition.
What you'll do
- Lead product management as a portfolio of distinct businesses with revenue accountability
- Manage Group Product Managers and develop them into general managers of their lines
- Define and test attach rate growth mechanisms for core product lines
- Align Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams behind portfolio priorities using business logic
- Translate business reviews into clear direction for leaders and teams
- Ensure discovery is funded and prioritization relies on demand-side customer data
What you'll need
- Experience running multiple product lines simultaneously as distinct businesses
- History of leading a product organization of 20+ people with a layer of leaders
- Personal accountability for revenue and margin, not just delivery
- Experience operating in a founder-led organization during rapid growth
- Direct partnership with GTM and Finance leadership on pricing and strategy
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and adapt to ambiguity
