Lead the Product and Design department at Super.com, shaping the vision for a platform used by millions. You will drive data-driven decision-making, manage cross-functional alignment, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
This position requires balancing strategic growth goals with tactical execution. You will mentor leaders across product management, design, and user research to deliver high-quality experiences that resonate with customers.
What you'll do
- Mentor and lead product management, design, user research, and creative teams
- Collaborate with CEO and GMs to define top-level product vision and strategy
- Own product outcomes and identify opportunities for significant business impact
- Balance revenue goals with customer needs to create high-quality experiences
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through to retirement
- Drive data-driven insights into shipped solutions and maintain shipping velocity
- Conduct market research and direct customer interaction to understand behaviors
What you'll need
- At least 12 years of experience in product management
- 8+ years in people management, leading teams of 20 or more
- 3+ years managing or leading design and research teams
- Proven track record of product and business success in the market
- Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and growth stages
- Strong operating range with ability to be both strategic and tactical
Nice to have
- Background in travel, fintech, or adtech and earnings sectors
- Direct experience leading UXR and research teams
- Primarily B2C product experience
- Membership management experience
- Mastery of Reforge principles
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple disciplines
- Leadership experience in Series C+ companies at scale
