Join a fully remote WordPress agency as an AI Engineer to own the internal automation roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to transform documented workflows into shipped systems that reduce manual hours across design and development processes.
This is a builder role focused on creating production systems on top of existing models. You will integrate AI capabilities into daily operations, connecting various platforms to streamline work for a US-based team.
What you'll do
- Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Integrate Anthropic and OpenAI APIs with tool use and function calling
- Develop internal tools to reduce manual effort in production processes
- Create automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Implement MCP server integrations within the broader AI stack
What you'll need
- 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
- Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud deployment
- Solid version control habits and async English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress or PHP
- Familiarity with Figma APIs or design tooling
- Google Apps Script or Workspace automation experience
- Background in web production or digital agencies
- Experience with n8n, Make, or similar workflow platforms
