Join the Agentic Systems team at Wrapbook to create AI agents that automate complex workflows for Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations, and Finance. You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-leverage processes, design reliable agent-driven solutions, and establish best practices for building secure, scalable AI systems.
This role involves owning agents from prototype to production, integrating them with internal APIs and third-party tools, and implementing evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and safety. You will help define how the company operates using AI while driving adoption through clear documentation and training.
What you'll do
- Design and build production-grade AI agents using LangGraph to automate multi-step workflows
- Deploy and scale agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, ensuring security and cost efficiency
- Partner with non-technical teams to translate ambiguous requirements into reliable automation
- Integrate agents with internal systems and third-party tools to enable real-world actions
- Build evaluation and observability frameworks to measure agent quality and catch failures
- Establish reusable patterns and shared tools to accelerate consistent agent delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of agents, iterating based on usage data and stakeholder feedback
- Drive adoption through documentation and training to build trust in automated solutions
What you'll need
- 6+ years of back-end development experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java
- Proven track record of delivering systems built for security, scalability, and performance
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents using models like Claude, GPT, or Llama
- Production experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen
- Strong understanding of AI architectures including RAG, reranking, and multi-agent orchestration
- Security-first mindset regarding data access, permissions, and failure modes
- Ability to work directly with non-technical teams to understand and automate workflows
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take loosely defined problems to production independently
Nice to have
- Specific experience with LangGraph framework
- Experience running AWS workloads in production environments
- Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore deployment and optimization
