The position focuses on building internal evaluation benchmarks, automating repetitive tasks, and collaborating with engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities within the publishing marketplace.
What you'll do
- Design AI-powered tools such as narrative co-pilots and storyboarding assistants
- Automate internal workflows to enhance user experience across products
- Build internal development tools including evaluation benchmarks
- Create automated testing systems for AI features
- Collaborate with engineers to identify high-impact AI opportunities
What you'll need
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML into real-world products
- Ownership of full lifecycle from modeling to deployment
- Experience with large language models and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of hallucination detection and mitigation strategies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, and Elasticsearch
- Experience with AI developer tooling and intelligent CI/CD
