Join Air Apps in shaping the future of resource management with their AI-driven Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. As an AI Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap and work directly with data scientists and engineers to launch features that enhance user experiences.
This position is based entirely at the Lisbon office, where you will collaborate in person with cross-functional teams. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to launch features
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback for AI opportunities
- Work with data scientists to optimize AI model performance and accuracy
- Define KPIs to measure success and iterate using data insights
- Monitor AI trends and ensure ethical usage and privacy compliance
What you'll need
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or ML
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven product decisions
